A great reason of eye problem is computer monitor. Though brightness of screen of monitor is always same but in the night it feels very much. For overcome all this kind of problem just use the following software F.lux Size of the software is too much small i.e 546kb only.
The interesting thing of this software is that it change the light of the monitor screen automatically. Which will change by maintaining the time always.In the day light brightness of the screen will be so high and in the night that will be confortable with your eyes. And for this change you need to do nothing. This will changed by the change of time.
First time you may have some problem with the color of the screen because it seems like yellow color but by the time passed everything will be ok for you.And after some days you do not feel comfortable to use PC without this software.
